Scan your documents and store them in LifeThemes, eliminating
the clutter of random bits of paper which have no obvious
home, and ensure that more important documents are safely
backed up and easily available when you need them.
Whether it's a menu from your favourite
take-out restaurant, a pedigree certificate for your
prize pooch, directions to an address, either handwritten
or in a word-processing document stored on your hard
drive, LifeThemes makes it easy to find these sometimes
hard-to-locate items and to link them to the activities
and tasks to which they are relevant.

Links to Lifeline
It is a shame to have to throw out items which would be
fun to store for posterity. LifeThemes enables you to
record these items without adding to the clutter in your
home, and to link them to your Lifeline, building up a
rich collage of materials. |

Tara
has so many certificates for her music and programmes
from drama performances - she has got into the habit
of scanning them in and linking them to the relevant
dates in her Diary and Lifeline, rather than letting
them moulder in a box. |

Scanned Documents
Whether you are 'backing up' important documents, like
a passport, which run the risk of being lost or damaged,
or scanning in a handwritten recipe, LifeThemes makes
it easy to organise, store and find all those bits and
pieces that are so often hard to find when you need access
to them. |

Links to Diary, Places, Pictures,
etc. Documents are
linked, through indexing, with diary events, pictures,
people, places, pets, things, stories and i.e. any of
the items held in LifeThemes. These links are automatically
“two-way”: for example, once you’ve
linked a document to a place or a diary entry, then the
document can be accessed from those records as well. |

Computer documents
Access your documents from
LifeThemes. Your documents will remain in the same place
on your hard drive, but you will be able to link them
to all your LifeThemes data, enabling you to connect
them to the people, dates and tasks to which they are
relevant. |

Future Reference
What better place to store an
ad from a newspaper, an article from a magazine, a list
of courses or workshops, that you don't need right away,
but want to have access to in the future? It's
not always easy to find those random documents that don't
fall into any obvious categories. LifeThemes enables you
to store and locate them. |
